Sheriff's office reports six recent arrests

The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported six recent bookings into the parish jail.
Arrested were the following persons:
•Julie Nicole Logue, 32, 1525 N. Berwick St., Basile, was charged March 10, with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, theft and possession of cocaine. Logue was being held in jail on a $30,000 bond at press time.
•Carlenski D. Arvie, 27, was charged March 12, with false information on a bomb threat and attempted robbery. Arvie was being held in jail on a $100,000 bond at press time.
•David Boone, 32, 6163 Harvey LeBas St., Chataignier, was charged March 8, with theft over $500 and criminal damage to property. Boone was being held in jail on a $100,000 bond at press time.
•Billy Ray Thomas, 33, 121 E. Beech St., Ville Platte, was charged March 14, with domestic abuse battery, battery on a police officer and resisting a police officer. Thomas was released from jail on a $7,500 bond.
•Draven Gage Brown, 17, 1009 Chippaw Rd., St. Landry, was charged March 16, with DWI, reckless operation, no seat belt and failure to report a crash. Brown was released from jail on a $2,500 bond.
•Antonio J. Edwards, 35, 316 W. Desoto St., Ville Platte, was charged March 14, with simple arson. Edwards was being held in jail on a $10,000 bond at press time.
