James Anthony “Tony” Vidrine

BAYOU CHICOT - Funeral services will be held for James Anthony “Tony” Vidrine, 51, of St. Landry, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Pine Prairie at 2 p.m., today, May 7. Burial will follow in the Vandenburg Cemetery in Bayou Chicot.
Mr. Vidrine died Sunday, May 4, 2014, at his residence.
Survivors include one son, Cooper James Vidrine of Baton Rouge; his parents, James and Judy Vidrine of Bayou Chicot; two brothers, Irvin Neal Vidrine and his wife, Katherine, of Pine Prairie and Troy Vidrine of Bayou Chicot; one sister, Angie Perrodin and her husband, Mitch, of Bayou Chicot; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Frederick and Ella Mae Vidrine; and his maternal grandparents, Irvin and Lita Bossley.
Father Richard Broussard will officiate.
