Mamou police report six recent arrests

The Mamou Police Department reported six recent bookings into the town jail. Arrested were the following persons:
•Michael Paul Auxilien, 620 Ninth St., Mamou, was charged March 29, with disturbing the peace by fighting, disturbing the peace in a violent manner and simple assault.
•Shirley Anderson, 43, 808 Sixth St., Mamou, was charged April 30, with domestic abuse and aggravated assault.
•Debra Bryant, 21, 1118 Ortego Lane, Mamou, was charged April 6, with loud music, switched plate, no insurance and driver must be licensed.
•Wiley Henry, 5292 Crooked Creek Parkway, Ville Platte, was charged April 9, with following too close with an accident and contempt of court. Henry bonded out of jail the same day.
•Carolyn Thomas, 50, 521 East St. #4, Mamou, was charged April 11, with disturbing the peace by fighting. Thomas bonded out of jail the next day.
•Juanita Jack, 47, 109 Fourth St., Mamou, was charged April 12, with disturbing the peace by fighting. Jack bonded out of jail the same day.
