VILLE PLATTE - Funeral services for Jonathan Taylor Deshotel were held Ardoin’s Funeral Home Wednesday, January 25, 2017.
Deshotel, 26, a long-time resident of Pine Prairie, passed away in Washington State where he had recently moved.
Deshotel was a very loving and caring young man, he was a wonderful son, brother, uncle and friend. He never knew a stranger, and made many friends over his lifetime. He worked for Recovery One Recycling. He was a determined man he was going to be a success at whatever he did.
Deshotel leaves behind to cherish his beautiful memory, his parents, Kaylor and Phoebe Deshotel, brother, Chuck Deshotel, and wife, Jenny, Jacob Deshotel and wife, Mandy, David Tackett and wife, Emily, grandmothers, Verlie Deshotel and Frenella Saucier; and nieces and nephews, Lukas, Farrah, Kaylor, Kierlynn, Bailey and Mason.
Deshotel is preceded in death by his brother, Jaimie Deshotel, and grandfathers, Russell Deshotel, Rollins Saucier.
Ardoin’s Funeral Home of Ville Platte was in charge of arrangements.
