LANSE AUX PAILLES - Visitation for Patricia “Pat Dupre Manuel, 67, will be held Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. with a rosary being recited at 6 p.m., and will resume again Friday, March 17, 2017 from 8 a.m. until the time of services. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 17, 2017 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Chataignier with burial to follow in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Manuel, a resident of Lanse Aux Pailles, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Post Acute Specialty Hospital in Lafayette.
She will be missed by her husband, Bobby R. Manuel, of Lanse Aux Pailles; son, Timothy Manuel and wife, Kristie, of Zachary; mother, Lillian Marks Dupre, of Opelousas; brother, Darrel Dupre and wife, Debbie, of Grand Prairie; sisters, Sadria LeBleu and husband, Gene, of Krotz Springs, Elaine Dupre and Benny Ross, of Opelousas, Wendy Smith and husband, Billy, of Krotz Springs; four grandchildren, Jodie, Trevor, Emma and Sydnie; and great-grandchild, Aubrey. She is preceded in death by her father, Whitney Dupre; son, Byron Manuel, and daughter, Mona Manuel.
LaVille Funeral Home in Ville Platte is in charge of arrangements.
