Ville Platte travels to Eunice and takes home key victories

EUNICE -- It was an important night for both the Ville Platte Bulldogs and the Lady Bulldogs as they traveled to Bobcat country Tuesday night to take on Eunice High.

Vexing the Vikings

VILLE PLATTE -- Maybe the Sacred Heart Trojans and the Lady Trojans need to play doubleheader games more often.
The two squads had not played on the same night in over 20 days and had not taken both games of a twin bill since November 17.

Bulldogs put Bears to hibernate in key doubleheader wins

VILLE PLATTE -- Coming into Friday night’s doubleheader games against the Church Point Bears and the Lady Bears, the Ville Platte Bulldogs and the Lady Bulldogs were needing wins to try and continue their domination in District 5-3A.

Avoiding the sting

MAMOU — The Mamou Demons and the Lady Demons looked to avoid the sting as they hosted the Kinder Yellow Jackets and Lady Yellow Jackets in key district contests here Friday night.
